I felt great doing the Yoga Burn program, lengthened, stretched and few inches taller, to say the least! My sleeping pattern has improved, and I have a sense of calmness throughout the day. I´m quite an energetic person, so the program has helped me to calm down a lot. I´m not an evening exerciser, so I made sure to do this first thing in the morning after dropping my son off at school. The Yoga poses left me feeling energized for the day. I found the routines challenging and engaging and the best thing about this Yoga program is that you can go at your own pace, anytime, anywhere, so it´s a perfect Yoga at home program.
I felt that my energy could flow better especially after performing exercises that open up the shoulders and hips. As a frequent runner, flexibility in the hips is my biggest challenge, but this program has helped a lot with increasing flexibility. There were some moves where I could feel “the burn”, but this showed me how inflexible I´d become and what I had to work on. I like Zoe´s teaching style too as she kept me engaged. She´s a natural teacher, and her passion shines through which I love. She´s a great role model for what she does.
Yoga Burn is a progressive 12 week Yoga program designed exclusively for women (although I think it´s great for men too) to deliver maximum fat burning results and body shaping effects in the shortest amount of time. It can be digitally downloaded, and one receives the DVD (physical product) by post. Zoe Bray Cotton, a Yoga teacher, and Personal Trainer, designed this program in three phases (Foundational Flow, Transitional Flow, and Mastery Flow) and the workouts follow a method called dynamic sequencing. This format teaches an efficient way of executing the correct poses in the right sequence up until the moment your body starts to get used to the routine allowing your body to change and adapt accordingly. Consisting of 12 workout videos each video is 45 mins duration (15 mins long but plays on a loop three times). You are encouraged to complete three 45 minute videos a week, with the option to complete a bonus video lesson. If you have never done Yoga before, the program will provide you with a good, stable platform to increase your Yoga practice and knowledge. It´s great for beginners and intermediate users.
In this phase, you will get a good understanding of the fundamental basics of Yoga and the Yoga Burn System. This phase helps to build a foundational flow for the first four weeks. It teaches you how to execute the exercises at your pace correctly and enables you to develop a strong mind-body connection. This phase will set you up for phase two and by assisting you safely and effectively through the exercises.
This phase steps up the pace and teaches you how to combine the moves learned in phase one and develop them into a smooth flow that will increase your calorie burn and get that heart rate up.
The heat is on!! Everything that you have learned in Phase one and two will slide together into challenging sequences to rev up your metabolism and increase fat-burning. There is more repetition of poses which helps to define and shape the body.
Yoga Burn was designed for women, and I would recommend this is an excellent program for men as well. If you are looking to lose weight, tone & tighten or generally get fitter and more flexible, then this is an excellent program for you. I can also emphasize that this is an invaluable program for busy Mums at home with kids. I would recommend this program for beginners/intermediate users.
I think that Zoe does this very well and gets people engaged in what they are doing. She´s very motivating and has good technique, and one sees her passion for Yoga and what she´s delivering.

There are many bonus programs offered by Zoe as well. When you purchase the program, you will be offered most of them, before you can finally check out.
It costs $37 for the whole program (plus Shipping costs of the Physical product) which I think is very fair. There is also a 25% discount package that includes two copies of the program and that costs $57 (€48 as of the time of writing this blog) plus shipping. Buying an extra copy makes sense as it would make a great present for family or friends. This would make an excellent Christmas present as Weight Loss January is just around the corner. As with every weight loss program, it´s important to eat correctly. Eating junk food, processed foods, drinking sugary drinks and doing Yoga is not going to help you to lose weight; therefore, it´s essential to adopt a healthy eating regime and a holistic approach as with every other weight loss program.
