Stop Fixing Yourself & Start Remembering Who You Are.
Guiding women who are done fixing and ready to remember.
You are not broken.
You never were.
Diet culture taught you to doubt your body and override your inner knowing. Here, I guide you to slow down and listen again. This is not about becoming better. It’s about remembering who you are beneath the noise.
I`m Jo, and I guide women who are done with control, discipline, and fixing and ready to come back to themselves.

Some women begin by listening quietly, and others choose to embody that remembering with support. Both are welcome here.
A Different Way Back to Yourself
I’m not here to give you another plan to follow; I’m here to help you trust yourself again.
I work intuitively, with the body and nervous system leading the way, and my work is about restoring connection so you stop outsourcing your power to rules, diets, and external “shoulds.”
You already “intuitively” know the basics, and I help you work with the part of you that already knows the way. The issue was never knowledge; just disconnection. Here, we slow down enough for your body, your choices, and your inner authority to come back online so wellbeing stops feeling like effort and starts feeling natural.
No pressure.
No performance.
Just alignment that holds in real life.
Some women remember quietly.
Others want support to live from that remembering.
My DIVALIGN support system is a gentle space for women who are ready to reconnect with their bodies, release diet culture, and embody self-trust in real life, together.
There is no fixing here.
Only integration, regulation, and support as you come back to yourself.
Embrace Your Inner Oneness.
Divine DIVA Whispers
A Journal of Remembering & Soul-Reflective Prompts
Embrace Your Inner Oneness is a printed journal of 25 poetic whispers and soul-reflective prompts holding conversations between me and my inner voice and, if you let it, between you and yours too.
This is a journal you open, read, feel and return to.
The whispers don’t tell you what to do. They speak softly, asking the questions your inner self has been waiting for you to hear.
When I read these whispers back to myself, something familiar happens. I remember. Not who I should be, but who I already am.
If something in you feels recognised, this journal may be for you. More info HERE
