I’m an advocate of ‘Clean Eating’ and have adopted clean eating and a regular fitness regime as part of my life. Looking after yourself and keeping a  healthy weight could save your life and prevent illness. By making smart, healthy food choices daily, you can develop new and exciting eating habits. In return,  these will create a healthy basis as well as assisting weight loss leaving you feeling more energized and satisfied.

Being a Mum is the best job in the world but, under all the Mum glory, I also love to be “Jo” and have balance in my life. Being a Mum is pretty demanding but rewarding. I am, however,  human too and want to enjoy what life has to offer which means doing a job and things that I love, nurturing my well-being and spending quality time with my family.
