I believe that beauty is in the eye of the beholder and that it comes from within. If you fuel your body with the wrong fuel, your body will break down. It´s just like a car. If you give it the wrong type of oil or fuel, it won´t run. Your body works in the same way. I love giving my body the nutrition it needs to function. Yes, it´s all about balance, and I love to have my treats. But there is a true saying that you are what you eat! If I eat crap, I feel crap and depleted. If I eat energising foods, I feel alive.

In 2004, a good friend of mine introduced me to an exceptional product range and initially, I was very sceptical.  I didn´t believe in supplements or pills; I thought that nutrients from the foods we ate were sufficient.  However, having learned about the products from two very trustworthy friends, I decided to give them a try to start a new regime to get a healthy lifestyle. Now over 15 years later, I have not looked back. These products have become an integral part of my lifestyle and my family.

A Great Way To Bridge The Gap Between What I do Eat And What I Should Eat.

When I started taking the capsules in 2005, I was highly stressed. I was travelling the globe (I hated flying, and that caused me anxiety), eating at irregular times, dining out a lot, doing sports, and running around like a headless chicken. I was pretty exhausted.

During this stressful time, I had been suffering from migraines. I was sluggish, so I added these products to my lifestyle regime, including reducing stress, doing more sport, and changing other lifestyle habits. I started to see and feel some changes in my body, and I was happy about my new healthy lifestyle. I had more energy and vitality; my hair and fingernails started to grow more, and my migraines seemed to become less and less. When writing this, the products are not a cure for illness or disease, nor do I claim them to be. But, I have to say that I felt that they contributed immensely to my health in addition to the other changes I made to my lifestyle.  Therefore, I continued to take them daily and recommend them to others.
