Apple cider vinegar (ACV) is a natural remedy for health and weight loss, and it has been around for centuries. It was used safely for many health purposes as a natural healing product. People use it to feel better, lose weight, detox, digestion etc.

I started using it about 6 months ago when diagnosed with H-Pylori, which is a pretty aggressive stomach bacteria. Now ACV is not a cure for h pylori, but since I started using it along with some other natural remedies, the bacteria disappeared, my stomach condition improved and I felt that it has helped with my overall digestion system.
ACV is very high in acetic acid, and it has incredible benefits for weight loss and balancing out the bodies PH balance. With regards to weight Loss, ACV makes you feel fuller for longer, thus resulting in reduced calorie intake. It balances out the hormone insulin, which is responsible for lowering blood sugar and the storage of fat, making it essential to every diet program. Lowering Insulin is one of the significant attributes in effective weight loss because as we know when the hormone insulin is present in high amounts, it is challenging for the body to burn fat. When Insulin is in the way, then fat burning does not come out to play! So use ACV to balance out insulin levels.
It’s recommended to drink ACV before a meal so that it can reduce insulin spikes. Taking it before bedtime as well as on an empty stomach will also help keep insulin levels at bay. Take

In a 12 week study, 3 groups of Obese participants took part in the study and 2 of the groups were given daily amounts of ACV and 1 group a placebo. The two groups that took ACV resulted in significantly lower levels of Body weight, BMI, visceral fat area, waist circumference, and serum triglyceride than in the placebo group. Besides, it has excellent benefits for balancing PH levels in the body. Keeping a healthy PH range is vital as all sorts of things can go wrong in the body just because the PH levels are not evenly balanced (7,35). Remember that life exists where there is a balance. When the PH balance is off the body can start to take calcium from the bones and diseases and illnesses can form, so it´s essential to help the body do its job and maintain adequate ph levels.
When buying AVC, it´s essential to make sure that it´s from “Mother” as this includes lots of the proteins, enzymes and friendly bacteria which appear during fermentation. This type gives the Apple Cider Vinegar its characteristic sour taste. I have to say that when I started drinking it, it certainly wasn´t a taste of something good, and I pulled a few funny faces, but after a while, I got used to it and I don´t think about the taste now.
