I love eating foods in their natural state because of their energy, and I have a regular fitness regime as part of my life. But, I also have balance. If I want chocolate, I will eat it without any negative emotions. If I want to go for dinner and have a glass of wine, I do it. I believe life is about balance, which is in all areas of my life. However, it is not to be forgotten that looking after yourself and keeping a healthy weight could save your life and prevent illness. You can develop new and exciting eating habits by making daily smart, healthy food choices. In return, these will create a healthy basis and assist in weight release, leaving you feeling more energized and satisfied.
