The use of these videos is done so at your own risk.

Please make sure you warm-up beforehand and stretch & cool down at the end. All exercises have an "active" and "rest" ratio. These are set in the videos at 30 secs activity & 10 secs rest. You can adapt this to your fitness level. This is only a guide. If you are a beginner you may want to work at a 1:1 ratio ie. 30 secs activity and 30 secs rest or a 1:2 ratio e.g 30 sec activity and 60secs rest. Do what is best for you and your fitness level.
