Meet Jo
I’ve spent over 30 years in the fitness and wellness world, long before “high vibe” became a hashtag and before anyone tried to sell green juice as a personality.
I’m the creator of DIVALIGN, and my journal Embrace Your Inner Oneness, and my work is devoted to helping women come back into relationship with themselves without diets, drama, or pretending we’re all zen before coffee.
My background is rooted in the fitness and wellness industry, but my work today goes far beyond bodies and routines. I’ve lived the pressure, the self-discipline-that-wasn’t-actually-kind, and the constant feeling of needing to hold it all together. Spoiler alert: it’s exhausting.
DIVALIGN was born from that lived experience, not from a desire to “fix” women, but from a deep knowing that nothing is broken in the first place.
Today, I guide women out of diet culture, self-criticism, and force and back into trust, vitality, and embodied confidence. This isn’t about perfection or performance. It’s about alignment you can actually live with (and enjoy).
Alongside this work, I channel poetic whispers and reflections, which are conversations with my inner self that became Embrace Your Inner Oneness. They’re gentle reminders of worth, beauty, and truth, especially on the days you’ve forgotten and are tempted to be mean to yourself. (We’ve all been there, myself included.)
I’m also a mum to a teenage son, which keeps me grounded, humbled, and very aware that real life doesn’t care how spiritual you think you are.
What I Stand For
No diet drama. Ever. (Honestly — none.)
No punishment disguised as “discipline.”
Soul-led movement, nourishment, and self-care.
Humour, honesty, and embodied transformation.
I don’t coach bodies. I create spaces where women remember who they are — and from that place, everything else begins to flow. ❤️
