Meet Jo

I’ve spent over 30 years in the fitness and wellness industry, long before “high vibe” became a hashtag and before green juice was marketed as a personality trait.

I’m the founder of DIVALIGN, Wellness Consultant, and author of Embrace Your Inner Oneness. My work is devoted to helping women return to a powerful, sustainable relationship with themselves,  without diets, drama, or pretending we’re all enlightened before coffee.

My roots are in fitness and education. I’ve built programs, trained instructors, developed systems, and worked across international markets. I understand structure, discipline, and high standards. I also understand what happens when self-discipline turns into self-pressure — and how exhausting it is to hold everything together while silently feeling misaligned.

DIVALIGN was born from lived experience, not from a desire to fix women. Because nothing is broken.

What is needed is reconnection.

Today, I guide women out of diet culture, force, and self-criticism, and back into embodied confidence, vitality, and self-leadership. This is not about performance. It’s about alignment you can actually live with and enjoy.

Alongside my mentoring work, I design educational frameworks and strategic wellness concepts in the fitness industry, building containers that integrate mind, body, and sustainable commercial structures. Because transformation deserves both depth and design.

My writing,  including Embrace Your Inner Oneness, is a collection of channelled poetic reflections and inner dialogues. They are gentle reminders of worth and truth, especially on the days when you’ve forgotten and are tempted to be unkind to yourself. (We’ve all been there.)

I’m also a mum to a teenage son, which keeps me grounded, humble, and very aware that real life doesn’t care how spiritual you think you are.

What I Stand For

No diet drama. Ever.
• No punishment disguised as discipline.
• Soul-led movement and intelligent structure.
• Humour, honesty, and embodied transformation.
• Building systems in women and in business that last.

I don’t coach bodies.

I create spaces where women remember who they are. From that place, everything else follows.❤️
