Is it challenging for you to get your kids to eat more healthy foods? I have tried (and still trying) to educate my son from a young age about why eating more fruits and vegetables is essential for his development, performance, growth and overall well-being. But, that doesn´t make it easy for us as parents. In my experience it´s all about balance. Sugary, foods can be eaten but not every day, just now and again.
